    I recently visited the store and asked a staff member (whose name I didn’t catch) to check if my size was available. She told me it wasn’t and suggested I look upstairs. I had already checked the website and knew the size was in stock. Later, another staff member named Chloe approached us (junior & men’s section) and asked if we needed help. She checked the system, confirmed the size was available, and went upstairs to get the shoes for me. Chloe was patient, friendly, and very helpful — 5⭐️ for her customer service.

    Just went into store to get a pair of shoes. Shoe selections are nice, but really poor customer service. Two chubby women in the counter are absolutely rude and roll their eyes when we asked to check out and they were giggling in front of us after whispering to each other. This store needs to hire more courteous staff. And they take 20 to 30 mins to go get different size of shoes.

    Shocking customer service. Went to walk into office and the door was shut and locked, one of the workers came to unlock the door and let one of the customers that was inside out. The worker then proceeded to slam the door in my face as I tried to walk in, with no explanation as to why the shop doors were locked, I tried to get in again when another customer came out and asked the guy why I wasn’t allowed in and he completely ignored me. I was disgusted by this as this was during opening hours, I think the staff in general should have a little more respect for their customers.

    It’s our first time to visit Edinburgh. I was disappointed with one of the staff (Kirsten). She was rude to me when I asked her for the shoe size I needed. Since I really wanted the shoes, i asked another staff about it again just to be sure that she did not misunderstood me. But she rudely grabbed the shoes from the other staff saying she already checked it. Grateful for the male staff who assisted me in the end. Be kind, Kirsten. Don’t roll your eyes to Asians.
