   I visited Decathlon to buy a pair of hiking boots and had a genuinely great experience. The store was clean, tidy, and very easy to navigate, with everything clearly visible. I always choose Decathlon because the quality of the products truly matches the value for money. A special mention goes to Rav, who helped me with my request. He was excellent at his job—knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. He made me feel valued throughout the interaction and clearly knows what he’s talking about. Great job, Rav.    I have been a decathlon fan for years. I have bought a lot over the years but it's bikes has always held it back. However recently I was served by Mackenzie and his enthusiasm and knowledge shone through. I could tell he was a keen cyclist and a high quality mechanic. He advised me on tyres and I am very happy with them. More employees like Mackenzie and the bike part of the business could end up as good as the rest.

   Have had my bike serviced there a couple of times now, and I have found all the staff to be really helpful. Particularly a guy called Andrew, who gave me good advice on what needed fixed, and was able to get me back on the road quickly again!

   I bought a running shoe on 24/7/22 and returned the item on 4/8/22 as original condition. The staff acknowledged the return and game me a refund receipt for 59.99. since the amount was not credited immediately, the same staff told me that the refund might take 7-10 working days. I didn't receive the refund yet and I went to the store to check on this and they couldn't help instead gave me a customer loyalty email ID to write. But this turns out to be a wrong email and my email returned. The staff was not helping with the correct solution and I am still waiting for the refund. I have the refund , however the staff lack of direction and knowledge, still a concern.

   I love shopping at Decathlon and this store is very well done. You can get the basics for nearly any kind of sport here. This store is well organized and merchandised but the best thing about it is the value you get for anything you purchase.
