I recently bought my first higher-end bike, and the help I received from the team here was phenomenal. They helped me try multiple sizes, gave some excellent advise on maintenance and even helped in measuring up an existing bike of mine to match the fit. I had an issue with a loose rear wheel a few months into ownership. I took it into the store and again the team were superb, and carried out the complementary 6-week service since I had forgotten to redeem it (it had been a few months by this stage), and stripped and rebuilt the rear hub. The bike now rides like a dream. 10/10, I'll be sure to come back next time I need some work done. Particular shout out to James and Sam who provided the help!
Recently bought a Revolt 1 and put it through some really tough terrain over 2 days in the Scottish Highlands. It came up trumps. Also want to say the staff are great and nothing is any trouble for them.
