I felt that I should provide some feedback on the experience received from Fitshop, From the start of my initial online questions, I have had an exceptional experience right through to visiting the shop and interacting specifically with Phil Hewitt. A knowledgeable, well experienced, patient and genuinely helpful guy. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations be email and also in the shop. The checkout process was smooth and efficient. Thank you for making customer care a top priority—shops like yours are hard to find..
My first time buying from Fitshop and Phil was so friendly and helpful. Didn’t purchase products on first visit as needed to think about it, but Phil wasn’t pushy or disinterested when I told him this, which I appreciated. I did return a few days later to purchase product which had a fairly good offer on too.
There was a new guy working in the shop today. It was his very first day. I needed an exercise mat and he showed me two, one of which I really liked. So thanks to him I now have a mat that I’m very happy with. He also showed me around the shop, which I appreciated. The manager suggested some exercise bands, which I’m also happy with. Both were very helpful. I thought the new guy did very well.

Would highly Recommend as this has been the best customer service I have ever experienced !! I originally called for a bit of help locating equipment for my son at Xmas and Gemma went out her way to help me but actually went above and beyond. I have now got a fantastic set of wallbars at a price we could afford and a DELIGHTED 8 year old !! Thanks Gemma x
Bought a cardiostrong Elliptical Cross Trainer. After less than 2 years with the use of one or twice a week started making a terrible noise. Still in warranty I have contacted the customer service several times. It is now 2 months (yes, 2 MONTHS) that we are waiting for a piece to be replaced. Absolutely shocking. For our Cardiostrong is a terrible company and Powerhouse just as useless. £2000 spent for waiting 2 months and still nothing has been solved.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Dealt with Simon & James who helped advise me on selecting a new Treadmill for my family. Both lads answered all my questions with great enthusiasm and professionalism.
