   I have ordered online a Mirror. It's been 17 days since I ordered. Next got my money, but there is no delivery, no mail, no information, it's been 17 days! You can't do this.

   Unfortunately, my recent visit to Next St James Sq. was a disaster. While shopping, a staff member named Benjamin accidentally pushed some clothes towards my phone, causing it to smash. The incident was unfortunate, and I hope the store takes steps to ensure staff are more mindful of customers' belongings in the future. Until then, I would caution customers to be mindful of their belongings when shopping here.

   Wanted 2 table lamps, they only had one. Immediately offered to order, they would arrive the next day. And it did! A lady also helped us picking them up and offering a big bag to carry. Unbelievable hospitality!

   I went to the Next store to collect a parcel, and according to the Google page, the store was supposed to open at 9:00 AM. However, when I arrived, the store actually opened at 9:30 AM. The opening and closing times listed online are completely different from the actual store hours, which is very inconvenient and misleading. I spoke to the manager about this, but she said it has nothing to do with her and told me to “check online.” If the store staff can’t update this information, then who is responsible for keeping the Google store page accurate? It’s frustrating to waste time because of incorrect information. Please update the store hours on Google so customers know the correct times.

   Been searching for a suit for a wedding with no luck. First sales assistant said the suit I loved didn't come with a waistcoat so I looked elsewhere but ultimately decided to come back as I loved the suit. Susan at the cashdesk was ordering the jacket online for me and found a waistcoat that is part of the suit! So amazing and great service from her. Credit to the shop
