I visited the store today (26 Nov 2024, 16:00-17:00), and one of the staff members was ***extremely rude*** to me. I purchased two products, and while checking out, I handed the items to her to be billed. She said, “Where are the hangers for these shirts? I need you to bring them back to me because I don’t want to look for them in the store.” I don’t think it’s appropriate for a cashier to speak to a paying customer like that. My parents and I had tried on the clothes and accidentally left the hangers near the changing room. We quickly brought the items to the cashier to check out, unaware that the hangers were missing. Asking customers to find hangers is, in my opinion, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Her tone and language were impolite, and I felt more like a burden than a paying customer. It was as though I was asking for free items rather than purchasing them. I made sure to act politely toward every staff member during my visit, and I paid for the products I wanted. **I don’t know her name, but she has blonde hair, wears glasses, and had her hair tied in a ponytail.** I’m disappointed because this interaction has completely changed my previously positive impression of Mountain Warehouse.

Had a great experience here. We came over from Australia and the airline lost our bags on the way. We went into mountain warehouse to get some clothes to tide us over until we could recover our luggage. Mandy was incredibly helpful, once we told her what had happened she helped us pick out some great clothes to suit the weather, asked for our email so she could email the receipt knowing we’d need it for reimbursement from the airline and the clothes were amazing. Very climate appropriate and I didn’t feel like I stood out like a sore thumb as a foreigner. 10/10 service, will absolutely be back soon if our luggage doesn’t arrive.

Today I had the absolute pleasure to be served by Michelle and Mandy. Both ladies were so incredibly helpful for finding this Australian a jacket for weather conditions I'm not use to. There honest advice and helpful tips really made my day. I was so stressed about finding something right and after being to many other stores they were like a breath of fresh air. They made me feel like I was shopping with friends and not being pushed into anything. If I need anything else during my stay I'll be sure to pop by and see you fantastic ladies again ❤️

This is one of the smaller stores on the Royal Mile. I don't live the active lifestyke that would have me needing what they generally sell. But i do like to go in sometimes as I live local and I like to see what T Shirts and tops they have in. Sometimes they have lovely dresses in. There's the Men's section aswell.

Went into the shop after noticing some good sale items in the window. The staff were very helpful taking the trouble to point out other useful related items while not making me feel rushed. Some items in the shop are not just for hiking or camping but also for running/jogging.

Good value clothing and shoes, especially during the sales period when I was there on late August. Helpful and honest service, which can be somewhat of a rarity in some stores. I did buy a pair of wool socks there.

At first I thought it’s a very cool store. A lot of items, priced very cheaply. I went there twice and the second time I actually looked at the items and noticed how poorly are they made. I wouldn’t buy many things from there, however o still think some stuff is a real bargain. If you need kitchen jars, glass bottles and simple stuff like that I would recommend to go there. I think they’re better then in Flying Tiger and also low price.
