“I went to Kiltane in front of Saint Giles Cathedral and the Italian girl, I think her name was Emanuela, was really helpful. She immediately cleared my mind. I needed to buy a gift for my sister, and I have to say she absolutely met my expectations. She was friendly and very professional. If you go to this shop, ask for her. You won't regret it.”

“In general, great store, spacious, with a wide range of variety and often at a competitive price, better than Tesco or Morrison's. Always get some great bargains even at George's. Never had an issue with self-service, the staff are helpful, too. Especially like the bakery section, where you can get tasty, fresh, palm-free products. Great they still have a sanitary station! My only issue is lack of goat's yoghurt for the third time, shame I keep having to go back to Tesco for this one item. Also, disabled toilet is always locked. Finally, the trolleys are hard to push except for the plastic ones, but they need a pound coin.”

“Best in Scotland Staff is very nice. They want to help out and make sure you like what you're getting. Best in Scotland's Kilts are well kempt, and bright. They're not the expensive wool kind, just the casual kind you'd wear to a pub or on a night out, but they're great, and if they don't have it, they'll call around other shops in the area to get it. We were served by Kayla who was absolutely wonderful, she was knowledgeable and made the whole experience both fun and interesting. “Went into the Newcraighall store today, on the off chance and because I was passing. I ordered online on Sunday night. I’d had no email confirmation, had no order number, but I could see the transaction on my credit card statement. Anyway, it’s a birthday present for my son and was worried. I’m taking the time to write this because the assistant, Rhonda, was outstanding. It wasn’t even that store but she went above and beyond. I left feeling two things, really relieved that the issue was sorted (and it was- parcel picked up at Meadowbank earlier) and sure that I’d be using Argos (especially the Fort) again. What a nice, competent, helpful woman. ⭐”

The shop works from home but they made it very easy with the setup in front of the house in the shed. Great prices and you can just feel the passion for the industry! ⭐”

“I’ve had a few piercings done at studio 13 over the past couple of years and Sarah in particular has always been super friendly and welcoming! She was great at explaining the process as well as helping to easing the nerves of getting a piercing. Despite the fact that during my most recent visit, piercing appointments were fully booked for the day I never once felt rushed and felt completely comfortable and reassured the entire process. The studio itself is clean, sterile and well presented and the jewellery they sell has never given me any issues. I simply couldn’t recommend enough!”

“What a great little local shoe shop. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough, my 2 year old got himself worked up about getting his new shoes at other appointments. Kerrie the owner was great she send a video to introduce herself, photos of the shop etc so I could prepare him before we got there.
