   We had an excellent shopping experience the other day at Hobbs, shopping for a wedding outfit for my mum. We were assisted by Sha who is an absolute credit to your team, she was lovely, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. We weren’t sure of what styles and pieces to go for but Sha was extremely knowledgeable and picked out the perfect outfit for mum that we ended up buying. We would’ve never been able to get such a great outfit for mum if it hadn’t been for Sha. We really had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed trying all the different outfit combinations she came up with. When shopping for an important occasion in the future, we will definitely be back! Thankyou so much Sha and the rest of the team!

   I recently purchased my outfit for my son's wedding later this year. I was dreading the whole mother of the groom shopping experience but after making a personal shopper appointment and being guided by the lovely and attentive Diane, the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Diane had taken time to pull several dresses for me to try on on my arrival based on information I had submitted and she had got it so right. She made me feel like a million dollars and special. I cannot believe how great my experience was. Thanks so much Diane for all your help, encouragement and advice.

   We visited today for Mrs G to look for a dress for a nephews wedding in a few weeks. Served by Amelie who really looked after us. Bring a variety of sizes fits and accessories to help us decide. Websites and online shopping have their place, but nothing beats attentive personal service... thank you.

   My mum and I visited the store on Friday looking for a mother of the bride outfit for my wedding later this year. There was a huge range for my mum to choose from and Gill was so helpful from start to finish guiding us through different styles and accessories. She made my mum feel really comfortable and had so much knowledge! It truly was such an amazing experience from start to finish and I can’t thank Gill enough for helping my mum find her dream dress, bag, shoes and hat - thank you!!

   Hobbs in Edinburgh is one of my favorite shops. My mum and I went through to Hobbs in November. We spent at least 3 hours in the shop trying on all sorts on. The team of ladies working that morning were wonderful.They were so patient with us, helping us with sizes and offering loads of suggestions to what would suit us. We left the shop delighted with our purchases.I will definitely be back and we highly recommend the shop and the professional, friendly team working there. Thanks again ladies, from Emma and Sandra.

   No one EVER answers the phone in the George St Edinburgh store. It’s infuriating. I order a dress for £169 and they can’t answer the phone. Unacceptable. No call to advise me whether the dress has arrived. I shall now return it as a matter of principle. Shocking customer service.

   Had a fantastic personal styling appointment with Gillian. Understood exactly what I was looking for, had pieces already pulled was quickly able to come up with new suggestions as we started to figure out my style. Lots of space to try things on, private and away from lots of customers which was great as my confidence was low to begin with. The rest of the staff in the shop wa Ere also verynfriendly, pleasant and helpful. Overall a great experience! Left the store feeling a million dollars and can't wait to show things off!
