If I could give minus stars I would. Placed order 12 days ago. Still nothing not even a postage confirmation. Have emailed, called, message on website and social media. Had no response at all. So getting a refund is going to be near on impossible. Avoid like the plague, will take your money but not send your order.

Horrible customer service, and very rude. Please go to other souvenir shops! do not go to this one! If I could give zero stars, I would! Went in for a magnet, came out feeling like they didn't want me there. The man from the counter was very rude and very lazy in his work . We asked for a bag for our magnet to protect it (most souvenir shops offer this after payment). They just said "oh we ran out," but he didn't even try to look for a bag. Save yourself some stress and try visiting other souvenir shops, most of them are the same price the price is in here aren't worth it . 1 Magnet price was £3.99

Very rude staff & prices have been jacked up cause it’s a popular area. For example, bought a highland coo stuffed animal for £12 at another store, saw them selling for £14.99 at theirs. You’re better off finding another souvenir store.

When you have customers in store asking for sizes you should put the phone down Was looking for 3 Edinburgh jumpers and you lost a sale cause you were so ignorant having a chat up with your mates

Ordered a party kilt and got a immediate reply thanking me for order and promising it was being dispatched within 24 hours and I’d get an email to confirm such. Phoned 10 days later and after many attempts to get through was told it had been dispatched by post. When I queried why I had not got an email confirming it had been dispatched I was fobbed off with the excuse that the person had noted it had been dispatched but he was not there at that time. I demanded a refund and got an email confirmation from PayPal that a refund was being processed. After waiting 10 days with refund still being processed by PayPal I sent an email demanding that Best In Scotland sorted it as refund being processed in PayPal terms means that the retailer has not sent the funds for the refund. Eventually got the refund through. Do not use these people as they are sloppy at best!

Ordered Kilt on-line. After a week emailed to query dispatch date, no response. Rang them up, very unhappy with them. Not a professional company. Was told item not in stock, man who deals with on-line sales was not available. No effort to made to find out a timeline. Just told, I've refunded you, can't do any more than that. Wouldn't use them again!

Best in Scotland Staff is very nice. They want to help out and make sure you like what you're getting. Best in Scotland's Kilts are well kempt, and bright. They're not the expensive wool kind, just the casual kind you'd wear to a pub or on a night out, but they're great, and if they don't have it, they'll call around other shops in the area to get it. Good kilts,
