It was my first tattoo, and I was really excited but also anxious. Petra was my artist, and I wanted some customization. She did a great job modifying the design and made me feel very comfortable and less anxious. I’m really happy with the result and I’m hoping to get more in the future dont know when, but I definitely will!
Had my first ever piercing put in by Sarah. At first I was nervous, but she was so kind and professional that I was quickly put at ease. This shop is wonderful, all the staff are so sweet and fun (extra shout out to reception who is just the sweetest person and so patient). This is where you want your body art done, hands down!
My 9 year old had her ears pierced by Sarah in May. After much procrastination by my girl at the appointment Sarah worked with her so she was happy -all went well and both ears pierced. (She had preciously had a gun piercing which was not a good experience.)We have had great service since, including emergency jewellery changes at short notice. I have also had a second lobe piercing and am now sporting a helix which has been painless. Great and friendly service..my daughter also wants a second lobe piercing. Highly recommend but u could get addicted!
I am so happy with the tatto I received there yesterday. Stu is an amazing artist and person. I just can't thank him enough for the amazing tattoo he did on my wrist.
I’ve had a few piercings done at studio 13 over the past couple of years and Sarah in particular has always been super friendly and welcoming! She was great at explaining the process as well as helping to easing the nerves of getting a piercing. Despite the fact that during my most recent visit, piercing appointments were fully booked for the day I never once felt rushed and felt completely comfortable and reassured the entire process. The studio itself is clean, sterile and well presented and the jewellery they sell has never given me any issues. I simply couldn’t recommend enough!
Friendly staff so helpful and professional! I was late attending the appointment with my daughter today for her piercing and they accommodated us even though we weren’t on time! Highly recommend! Very kind and reassuring with my daughter and spoke her through the piercing. Really lovely friendly staff!
Got my ears pierced here and had an overall great experience. The person who pierced my ears was so kind and took extra care to check in on me often because I have bit of a fainting history. Love my new piercings and highly recommend this place!
Had a great experience with Sarah (lovely name!) today having some more piercings done. Great chat and lovely chair-side manner! Felt relaxed, was informed of every move and it was soo fast, hardly felt a thing! Thank you! Would definitely recommend.
Went in to confirm my appointment, pay a deposit and have a chat with the artist before having my piece done. Unfortunately the artist was sitting with his back to me chatting to other staff members and stayed that way through my entire visit. A consultation before you have a tattoo is normal, but the staff member I spoke to seemed to be more interested in getting the deposit than making me comfortable and confident enough to allow them to work on me. Needless to say I didn't book. I was excited to get some new ink while I was on holiday, but I ended up getting it done when I got home.
