What fantastic customer service, we had had an issue with DPD not delivering our parcel, I contacted Andy at Rugby stuff and he located my parcel for me, snd has arranged to reship it, if it hadn't been personalised he would have sent a replacement straight away, when it.was returned to them, I have been kept fully informed about where my parcel is and expected delivery. Great experience. Incredibly helpful team in store, guy at the counter took the time to help my son select the correct boots and gave advice. Also came away with first tapes following more expert advice. Brilliant.
Tried a few places before visiting rugby stuff and wished I’d just gone here first. Needed a pair of boots for my daughter and the staff here were great and the first pair she tried on fitted like a glove. They were a reasonable price too which is great as she is just starting out in the sport. Would highly recommend

Fantastic service and items delivered as advertised. I phoned the shop to add items to my order after I placed an online order. The staff were very helpful and added the extra items before dispatching the original order. Would highly recommend.
I have ordered a few things inline and found the selection to be varied. They have plenty of stock and the order fulfilment is brilliant with quick dispatch and numerous delivery options. Their correspondence is humorous which adds a human touch to the overall experience. Not living in Scotland, I struggle to locate relevant Scotland rugby apparel, First XV often have it in stock before the official store and at a competitive price. I will definitely be doing business again, and will visit the store when I'm next home.
