   I made an appointment as I read the reviews and I got the idea that I would get some help choosing the correct shoes. I'm not sure if I need a wide fit, heel raised, etc so I wanted to get some assessment done by a professional and Google sent me to this shop. I ended up leaving with £140 pair of running shoes that don't work for me and I still have no idea what kind of shoes I need. I didn't get my feet measured, no one of my questions were answered... I'm very disappointed to be honest... I also I after realised that I could have bought the same shoes on their website 15% reduced.

   Booked a DNA shoe fitting to find best shoes for my running style. Vincent was fully knowledgeable and took onboard what I was looking for. Tried 3 different pairs of shoes out on the treadmill and left with a new pair which suited me the best. Great customer service and fully knowledgeable staff.

   I called in to look for a pair of trainers that i saw online which I liked. The shop didn't have the colour I was after, but the staff member who spoke to me was very helpful and asked if I wanted to try a different colour for size so I knew what size to order online. She checked everything to make sure the size was perfect for me. Great customer service and very helpful. Great shop to go to if you're after some running trainers or gear ✨

   I went in for a running analysis and assistance with choosing a new pair of running shoes and I had a great experience! I was assisted by Olivia and she was amazing- very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about all the different types of running shoes and what would be best for me. This is definitely my new go-to shop for anything running-related!

   What a great shop. The staff are excellent. Mark could not be more helpful and explained everything to us. It is certainly worth while going there for an assessment on how you walk or run. The price is very competitive and you get first class service.

   I visited Run4It to have my gait analysed to enable me to choose a pair of running trainers. I cannot speak highly enough of Kerry who took time to allow me to trial 3 pairs of trainers on the treadmill and to run around the shop. I eventually settled on a pair of Saucony shoes. She was so patient, courteous and pleasant. A credit to your company. Thank you Kerry!

   Made an appointment as my trainers were done and fit for the bin ! The guy spent 30 mins with me and had me on the treadmill walking ( I don't run) in all 6 pairs of trainers to see which were best fit. Great service, no pressure being pushy they genuinely want you to have well fitting training shoes. Cleaned the area down as I was leaving for next customer. Very good service.

This is the first time I've used this sort of service with anyone but I'd highly recommend it. The people in the shop were friendly and picked an ideal pair of shoes for me.
