    Purchased an engagement ring. Diamond fell out in less than a year. Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on. Claimed the diamond fell out due to accidental damage but on their manufacturers report nothing conclusive was written. At the time of writing this, the ring was sent back to the manufacturer to be inspected and 12 weeks later there is no sign of the ring.

    Terrible customer service! They lie and keep making excuses. Bought a watch few months ago. (Swiss made) It stopped working so went back to them. It being accepted under the warranty. I was told it will be 6 weeks maximum, but usually takes 3-4 weeks. 2 months later im still waiting for it and they didn’t even care to let me know it will take longer. I will definitely not buy from them again!!! Shame on you! I was served by Claire K

    My fiance bought my engagement ring from here and we have been in a few times for different purchases and or maintenance on current jewellery and we have always been served by Kimmie. He is a lovely member of the staff who always makes us feel so welcomed. He is so friendly and always helps us with exactly what we need. All of the team are very friendly too. We love to shop here and have since gone back multiple times as we feel we can really trust Kimmie with helping us find exactly what we are looking for! Would 10/10 recommend buying from here. ☺️
