   I went to this Pandora as I wanted to change a charm I had for another one of the same price. A young woman approached me and right of the bat was very rude. I told her what I needed and she basically thought I was dumb and told me “we can’t exchange it as it’s already been on your bracelet” I was really confused as it says 30 days returns and obviously who isn’t going to put their charm on their bracelet and what difference did it make?. I then left and took my 1 hour bus ride home disappointed. I arrive and I was very curious so I called the st James Pandora and asked them the same question and they said of course they can exchange it for me. I was very confused. I went to st James for another one hour bus ride and I told them what the gyle Pandora told me and they all laughed and got their manager and told her. They were all laughing.

   Very popular store so expect a little wait to be served but once you are welcomed by customer assistant you will be totally looked after and all your needs met. Lauren my adviser was so knowledgeable and helpful as I needed my ring size measured and a few charms, she even upsaled by showing me other items that matched the black bracelet I was buying and I bought a Scotland charm and black heart ring. Maybe they could do a Saltire charm in future. Service, knowledge, variety, cleanliness and overall was 100% highly recommend.
