   I’ve always had a good experience with the store and staff in the past. I think the mark of a good business is what they do when things don’t go to plan. Recently there was a mix up with an order that I placed, no-one's fault - just one of those things. Christine went above and beyond to resolve the issue swiftly for me which was much appreciated.

   Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting Stevenson in Edinburgh for our full uniform fitting. A huge thank you to the lovely staff, especially Julia F. and Laura, whose support and assistance made the entire experience so smooth and stress-free. Both of them truly are a credit to the store! The store also ran an exciting in-store competition: pick out the golden nugget and win your uniform for FREE. We still can’t believe it—my older son reached into a box filled with hundreds of nuggets and, to our amazement, pulled out the golden one! Thanks to this incredible stroke of luck, we got our uniform at no cost. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience and these amazing savings.    Overall I had a good experience. We went on a slowish weekday where there was no one else in the store and the young lady was quite patient with us getting a full wardrobe of uniform sorted out for our daughter. There is no phone number for the store however and you have to go through online chat to get any questions answered which feels like it can be better. Also as others have noted, branded uniforms can quickly rack up the bill.

   Can’t thank Stevenson’s enough, specially Christine from the Elfin Square branch. Took my nephew who is a larger than average sized boy in for his blazer and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Made him feel really comfortable and no different to anyone else, which is a first for us. Was so helpful, polite and very professional. Thank you so much
