Joe was very friendly and helpful as he helped us get a sofa bed and a sofa recliner. The service and banter from all the staff was amazing.
Kerry was so helpful and such a lovely girl. Got us exactly what we needed and made it simple for us. The delivery man, Jamie was an absolute gent. Super friendly and polite. There was a box missing with my order but Jamie wasted no time in tracking it down and bringing it to my house within a couple hours, he provided an excellent service. Thank you Kerry and Jamie. We will definitely be back.
Just purchased our new bed with the lovely Tanya. The service from we walked in was amazing, Tanya was very helpful talking us through different options until we found the perfect one for us. Lovely staff and Tanya could not help us enough. Would definitely recommend!
We bought a King sized Kayden mattress + pillows + an ex-display bed + headboard from here a couple of months ago. Johnny the sales guy was excellent - great knowledge, answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy at all. Spent around 2.5hours choosing. We were lucky enough to get our hand made mattress 3 days later (this is pretty rare, but there was one in the warehouse ready to go!). Delivery was smooth, bed is comfortable, so are the pillows. I couldn’t fault them at all. Will definitely be coming back to Dreams for any bed related items in the future.
I purchased a double bed mattress from 'Dreams' Newtownabbey store around 2 years ago now. It has turned out to be the worst bed mattress purchase I've ever made. I think I should have gone to a store called 'Nightmares' instead. I did ring the store shortly after I bought this matress, but was advised that they would need to send someone to check and test it. I decided not to go ahead with this as I didn't want more stress and sleepless nights. I suffer with chronic arthritis and spinal problems. I guess I'll need to look for a, store that may fulfil my needs and maybe my dreams.... Not nightmares...
The only place to get high quality, well priced sofas! While they don't have a huge variety, the sofas they do have are great. The sales people are lovely, Joe specifically was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Would 100% recommend!
I bought a new bed and mattress (the nice memory foam type) during the plandemic. Service was second to none and the sales guy was as smooth as oil on ice but not too pushy and very knowledgeable about the stock. Delivery took ages though - which wasn't this stores fault but worth the wait in the end.
