   Good design stage abysmal thereafter. Issues with the majority of the cabinets, doors and appliances, some of which remain unresolved some 6 months later. Woeful customer service.

   I had a new kitchen cupboard installation, and unfortunately, it has been a nightmare dealing with the aftermath. Not only did I discover a bend and a crack post-installation, but the service team's response has been incredibly disappointing. Despite acknowledging the issues, it has been over six months, and I am still waiting for resolution with no updates. Their constant blaming of the supplier and providing nothing but silly excuses is beyond frustrating. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this service at all costs.

   Cannot recommend this company at all. Don’t take any responsibly for issues, poor workmanship. No urgency to get things fixed. Have to constantly chase them. Worst customer service I have experienced.

   Would not recommend this company at all. The sales staff were very friendly, professional and helpful at the start. Unfortunately when a problem arose with the worktop within about 6 months (leading to water ingress and swelling) they didn’t want to know and were terrible to deal with. 2 years later and I am now being told it must have been my fault that water got into the the joint of the worktop (by the sink). I didn't realise I wasnt allowed to turn on the water or fill the sink to wash the dishes. Who knew. Was more or less accused of lying by the representative who has only been involved in last few weeks and has no knowledge of the case (from July 2020!!!). Avoid at all costs

   Unfortunately would not recommend this company at all. Customer service from staff initially great but when the problems began to arise unfortunately they didn’t want to know and were not great to deal with. Our kitchen was a small fortune and here I am 8 months in I still have 2 cupboards that are hanging off. Should say that I did have multiple issues from day 1, 1 major problem and 2 doors still not fixed! Not happy!
