Horrible company. If I could give a negative star, I would. Several issues: promising delivery dates that they never keep. Product ordered as to be delivered on 12/5/25 pushed back 4 times without even a notification, now to 4/6/25. If that is even true. If that's not enough, they also do well on false advertisement, sending out a magazine with a cheaper price, when calling them they state hundreds higher, in shop claiming it never been that price, online higher too, happened twice in a row with the same product. Absolutely ridiculous. Their price match is the same scam: you can order item, but can't price match it because it's not in stock. Why let people order then, why claim in catalogue it's available in store? Misleading through and through. Avoid as if your life depends on it! Update: had the product for 4 months now, had to call repair three times now: doesn't work for longer than 1-2 weeks at a time then stops and need to wait weeks for someone to come out. Absolute rubbish, and an expensive one at that.

Advice to customers, stay clear from this company. Ordered bbq, took day off to wait for arrival. Arrival never came, customer service weren’t interested or was not advised delivery would be rescheduled. Still no bbq. Advised if wasn’t in on next day delivery would be sent back. Advised would be two weeks before would have money back in my account. First and last time using this company. Save your money, save your disappointed

Placed an order on Wednesday 9th July advertising next day delivery, when entering delivery details this updated to Monday 14th, I proceeded to order anyway. Tracking hasn't updated since 11th July at 3pm. I received a text from the courier on Sunday 13th to confirm delivery would be on Monday 14th. I called customer service on Monday when there was no sign and was told due to the bank holiday in Northern Ireland but would be delivered Tuesday. Called again on Tuesday as still no update, on hold for another age to be told delivery would be Wednesday and I would get a call Tuesday evening with a delivery window. Yet again no update so I emailed on Wednesday morning asking for an update. No reply. Called again and again put on hold this time to be told it would be delivered Friday 18th and I would get a call the evening before. Sorry. Absolutely woeful experience, £500+ and nothing to show for it.

We called the sales team for a sweetcart and popcorn machine, we called as we had to ensure it arrived on time for a very corporate event. The sales person promised it would arrive in time. The day before the event the items didn't arrive so we called and a new sales person said that they wouldn't promise something like that as we can't guarantee delivery's Also the items are even in stock. I asked for a manager to investigate and call back, they called back and agreed that the first sales exec gave false promises to make the sale and that they were sorry. This caused us to have to drive to Dublin and back (4 hours) to ensure we got equipment. Had we have known nisbets couldn't get us it in time would have given us plenty of options but we only found out on the day before the event which left us in a mad panic. I am disgusted all they done was apologise, not a voucher nothing. Won't be using again

Update to review below- have now got everything sorted, and to be fair, once I got dealing with someone higher up in the company they were very good sorting everything out. Really terrible experience with this company. Advertised a certain delivery date for chef clothes my daughter needed. Clothing ordered on line. Did not arrive on predicted date. Phoned customer service who said their website had failed and it hadn't gone through - my money had been taken from my account though. They then put order through and were supposed to be arranging rapid delivery. This didn't happen but I eventually got the parcel. Was trying to sort out returns for items which didn't fit, but could NOT find customer number anywhere. Not on any invoices or parcel- only had the order number. Meanwhile then I received a duplicate parcel a few days later- checking my bank I had been charged again two days after the first delivery finally arrived! Phoned customer service again, explained everything, they were very defensive and unhelpful and implied that I must have put the identical order through a second time myself!! I asked why I would even do that given I had already received the items! No apology. Just told id have to arrange return of all unwanted items and when they received them I would then get a refund! I am SOooo frustrated. Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

Item (pair of scales) was dearer in the shop than online. Had to take an item that was on display (why they had 3 on display i don't know), to get home and find no battery in it, despite it saying in the manual that it came with a battery. Coin battery is now costing me £5. Should have just bought online. Nice shop though

Was told a few times by staff the shop stayed open to 6pm daily but when i rushed around from work at 5:34pm it was all locked up!!!!a member of staff at the main counter just shrugged!!not open!!!well as a chef,youve crapped in your own nest now "nisbets"!!!!im tellkng everyone i know in the catering industry to boycott your part time shop!!& i know a lot of people u lazy #####!!!!!!!
