   Horrible experience. Ordered a bed and 2 bedside lockers on 9th of September. The order was dispatched...??? on 2nd of October. No goods received. Unable to contact the store, phone has an automated reply. Emails not answered and now not delivering. Rang stores beside them who state Decor Interiors is closed... PSNI for fraud will be our next call.

   I order a mirror which cost me €268 on 24th September. Still no sign of it, eventhough it was due in 5 to 7 days. I have rang the shop numerous times but no answer. I have emailed them and just got an automated reply. I also emailed their accounts department for a refund. However, the email will not send, as it is non existent. The police need to investigate this shop for fraud and theft. They are a disgrace.

   Refund requested! Ordered 2 beds with free delivery, it turned out it is free delivery only in UK (not stated anywhere on their webpage) then they asked us to pay 350GBP for the delivery, we agreed to do a delayed delivery in December, now we want our goods to be delivered ASAP, now the shipping cost is 500GBP. They do no answer emails anymore, dont answer calls! Their instagram profile is deleted! Other than the info@ email the others do not exist anymore! It feels like a serious scam! Refund is requested! I have been sending emails every day, calling then every day, no answer! You gotta get in touch with me! We have already paid for the goods, I have very little believe that they will ever deliver them!

   Still waiting on a refund that was confirmed a week ago. No email confirmation or communication about when the refund will be issued. It’s also been noted on Trustpilot website that their trustpilot rating score on company website is a lie. No transparency, lack of communication and blatant lies only from this company. EDIT: I am in the same position as others who have recently left a review. I’ve had no correspondence from the company and still waiting for a response to my emails from two weeks ago. Best to contact the bank to get this sorted as the company only intend to keep your money.

   AVOID. This company is an absolute disgrace. We ordered a hall table on the 1st of August, we were initially told the item was delayed due to damage in transit, however I believe this to be a lie. We were promised several different delivery dates none of which came to fruition. Finally we were told via text from the delivery company it would be arriving at the end of September. Today is the day it was due to arrive, rather than receiving a pre-built hall table, we have received a cheap, Chinese, desk that is unassembled in a box. I am lost for words at how a company can be ran in such an incompetent fashion. I am at the point where I now believe this company is not legitimate and is a scam. Please save yourself the hassle and order from anyone else. They are not worth your time or money. To the owners, you are a disgrace. I will be calling into the store to return the cheap muck they have sent us and get our refund. They can't avoid you in person like they do via email and phone. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO BUSINESS COMMENT - Absolute nonsense, no email received. I rang your business 32 times on Friday and the phone rang through each time. You are a scam company. When we called in your staff didn't mention any system error, more lies. Not even surprised at this point. If you are having issues with your order, call in and demand a refund. They're great at hiding behind their phone number and email address, neither of which they ever use to respond to you.

   This was my first visit to Decor and was very impressed with the wide beautiful selection of wallpapers, paints to mix/match, cushions,lamps,tables,ornaments. Members of staff were really lovely & most helpful. I ordered wallpaper bought paint. Mirror, lantern & lamp. Definitely worth a visit!

   Customer Service levels here were nothing short of incredible. Made an online enquiry for paint. It was out of stock (same as the rest of the country at the minute). But I got a friendly reply with an estimated arrival time, then another update and finally an email confirming it had arrived and was available for collection at a suitable time. Excellent, I’ll definitely be back
