   I Visited the store to pick a new set of kitchen taps. Andy/Andrew in the kitchen department was extremely helpful. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He had the patience of a Saint, answering the many questions I asked him. He is a true assett to the team!

   AVOID THIS STORE!! Sold me a returned item with a defective high pressure hose. Customer care will not replace the hose. I must waste 2 hours of my day to return a defective pressure washer that was opened, soiled and sold to me AS NEW. Please see photos of the item I was sold as it was opened - showing scuffs, marks, dirt, and a defective improperly fitting high pressure hose. This was sold at full price, and not otherwise noted as a returned item. Hang your heads in shame, this is not how to treat your customers. Bosch have been useless also refusing replace the faulty hose. Look at the pictures - this was sold to me AS NEW!! No wrapping, it was marked, scuffed, and clearly had been returned due to the defective hose. Measurements of a correctly fitting end, and the larger incorrectly fitting end (will not fit).

   I was looking for plants for the garden but found the selection very limited. I still managed to spend on a propogater and a couple of metal trellis to add to others I had bought a few years back and which still look like new.

   Went looking for bag of plaster, none on shelves so approached a group of 3 employees chatting on shop floor, one immediately walked off once they seen me coming, and the other just told me check the isle I just checked and left me to it. Not great customer service normally find in other B&Q stores.

   My husband and I were in B&Q, Newtownabbey on Friday 3rd March, to buy a utility kitchen. A young man called William helped us immensely. He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the products we were looking for. His customer service was impeccable. He is an asset to this store. Thank you William, for making this a hassle free shopping experience. Linda & J, Antrim.

   I ordered an oven and hob for store pick-up. The woman was so quick and helpful that she then asked if I needed help to the car. She got a young man to help me out, he took the massive box to the car, it was too big then boot wouldn't close. He was due to go home in a few minutes and would be off shift. I felt bad. He stayed and tied the boot down finished the job. I didn't get names but both employees were amazing.
