Stress less chair ordered for £2300. Chair hasn't arrived over 10 weeks later. HSL are obstructive and dishonest, blaming everyone but themselves for the issues. I am still trying to resolve the refund. I highly recommend choosing a different retailer.
We are so glad that we did not buy chairs from HSL Newtownabbey. We had identified two simple fixed fireside chairs but were then told they cost £1700 each! We decided to look elsewhere and found almost the same chairs at Comfort First NI Monkstown which cost £1300 for two chairs, saving us £2050. So shop around.
This was an excellent experience. I couldn’t wish for anything better. Alison and her team was so helpful from the moment we arrived into the shop, right through to our purchase a couple of days later. Very happy to recommend. It was a joy to shop here.
popped in with my father in law who lives locally. The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, measured up my father in law for the correct size chair and told us much about the chairs that we didn't know - ie pressure points. The chairs aren't cheap but as this is a health investment as opposed to simply a place to sit - they really are worth it.
