   Excellent customer service from 2 young men working on 9th Jul 2024 at 15.15. First young man was standing in entrance area, by computer screen ready to take our order. He punched the details in himself (was in to order a Titan petrol lawnmower) and then proceeded to collect the lawnmower from the storage area. I hardly had time to open my purse, when the guy at the till asked how I would like to pay. I left the shop, to reverse my car towards the main door - and as I was doing so, the till man was already standing at the door, with the lawnmower in his arms, ready to manhandle it into my car. These two young men helped, without being asked. They were very pleasant, smiling and joking. We were in the shop for 5 or 6 minutes. Amazing service guys. Ten out of ten. Well done.

   Great store, was trying to get locks for my door changed. Joe couldn't have been any more helpful to me measure my old cylinder lock to help me purchase the correct one. Joe is a credit to the Screwfix newtownabbey store and team. Thanks again Joe and Screwfix I will be back again all thanks to Joe and his amazing customer service.

   Never been in before and was "greeted" by a hyper active rude girl constantly asking "do you have your order number? What are you in for? Have you an order number?" I said we were just going to browse, she said "that's not how it works here. Do you have an order number? What do you want? No we don't do those try B&Q." Safe to say I won't be back in case the bouncer is still there.
