Very clean and well run place food is good my kids love this place staff are very friendly and polite good all round definitely will be back
Incredibly clean soft play area, didn't see my son for a very long time cuz he was so busy. At other Centres he'd be back and forth wanting reassurance, snacks and drinks but here, if we say we saw him six times in the whole two hours that would be the height of it. Separate gated area for The Teenyboppers which is good, but everyone was everywhere playing together when we were in. Will definitely be back
This is an indoor soft play centre, offering unique play experience that combines fun & Learning for children. They also have themed play zones designed to develop key skills like motor skills & team-work. Took my son here recently for a birthday party. Nice ambience for special events. Kudos to the team!
One of only two soft plays in the North that has a gated toddler area and can be pre-booked online (that I've found anyway). Both a big plus for me & my 2 toddlers as one of them is a runner. It's never too crowded and the toddler area is huge. My boys love it here. Separate sensory room is a great addition too.
This place is a kids paradise!!! We arrived today with our 4 year old daughter and have been pleasantly surprised by this place Firstly the staff were friendly and attentive. The premises were clean inside and outside. The fact that it was so clean and well maintained showed us that it is a place we can feel confident taking our daughter as kids here are obviously on their hands and feet a lot. It's very well presented with colourful banners posted above each door and entrance to guide and attract people's attention. This place is gated by a security lock which is controlled by a member of staff. This is a great piece of mind as kids can't just run out as they could in the soft play area in Newcastle!! They have a good selection of food and drink in their canteen area. This has got to be the best soft play location I have seen to date and my daughter has been to many. I highly recommend it!!
We had my sons 3rd birthday party here and was soo impressed with how clean and accommodating the staff were. Natasha was excellent when booking the party and the service we received during the party was first class. We will definitely be back.
Fabulous soft play centre! I travel from Bangor to Ballynahinch regularly to take my children (5 & 2) to Global Adventure. Staff are always extremely friendly and attentive, food is delicious (huge portions!) and everything is reasonably priced. Very clean frames and premises with something for littles of all ages to do.
Fantastic play area for kids, family run business, down to earth and care about the interest of the industry here in Northern Ireland - personal touch with all the safety regulations in place. Extremely professional outfit - will definitely return! Keep up the good work.
Had my granddaughters 2nd birthday party here on 30/10/22. The party room was well set up, staff were friendly and attentive, yet laid back and easy to communicate with. We also ordered hot and cold platters and tea/coffee.for the adults which were so tasty. Could not praise these guys more. Would recommend 100%.
We recently had our daughters birthday party here. The owner's parents, Ruby and Davey are a true credit to them. They couldn't have done more for us and went over and above. Such lovely, kind and friendly people. Love this venue as it's super clean as always and the Chef John was brilliant as well. Food delicious as always. Only downfall is the attitude of the manager and unfortunately this wasn't first occasion he was like that. Only recommendations I would make is the manager or person at the front desk should take kids who attend the party's food order, when the kids arrive to make it less stressful for parents, especially when the kids just run in and play. Also, ice-cream or a party bag could be included in the price.
