“After searching for a new Mechanic and under recommendation I was put in touch with Maxine here at newtownabbey service centre, I called in to see Maxine about getting a bit of work done to my motor and from the minute I walked in and met her I new, I and my motor would be in good hands, Maxine is lovely, very friendly and passionate about providing a great service, and she certainly delivered on that. From leaving my motor off with her, and the phone call updating me on what needed to be done and how long it would take and how much it would cost I had my motor fixed and back to me that evening at 5 oclock. To say I am delighted with this service and the friendly welcome I received would be an understatement and I look forward to working with Maxine and her team going forward!!”

“My husband, teen son and I did the interactive blacksmithing workshop this past Saturday and it was TERRIFIC! Michael and his assistant Garth first took us on a tour of this historical mill and showed us how spades are made. It was fascinating to see how the mill was built and how it's powered and it's awesome that the National Trust has ensured its continuity. Then they helped us make our own fire pokers using the forge. It was exciting, educational, and challenging but they made sure we did everything safely and our pokers came out excellent (well mostly). I think the only reason this experience isn't oversubscribed is that people don't know about it. Hopefully they'll be able to continue it as it's a great opportunity to do something unique and fascinating. Highly recommend.”

“Very pleasant and extremely helpful staff. The girl was able to judge my son's size for school uniform which ment most items he tried on first time were the perfect fit. She was also able to make suggestions and advise on items which weren't necessary so no unnecessary money was spent. She explained I could always purchase at a later date if I found I needed to. She made my uniform shopping experience so much easier. Very impressed.”
