   Extremely disappointing experience. This shop supplies my child’s school uniform. My daughter has severe complex medical needs and uses a wheelchair with a ramp system, but there were no suitable parking spaces to unload her. I had to leave her safely in the van for just a moment to quickly collect two jumpers. The shop operates a queue system. There was a customer ahead of me who chose not to enter when another left, so I stepped in, mindful that I needed to return to my daughter as quickly as possible to prevent potential choking or seizures. A staff member stopped me and, in a very unfriendly tone, told me to get back in the queue. I calmly explained my daughter’s situation, but his response was: “That’s not my problem.” This was said while there were only two customers inside and several staff — including the owner — standing idle. For a business holding a contract with a special needs school, this lack of compassion and basic customer care is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would urge others to consider how they treat vulnerable families before giving them custom.

   Great shop for school uniform. Very friendly and helpful staff. Took the time to make sure the uniform fits with room to grow. Shop is well kept and organised and it's obvious they take pride in their business. 5 stars!

   I went to the store as I was told by a friend how good this store was on entering I met Stephen who was really helpful and knowledgable as to my needs, he advised me on multiple colours and styles within the shop. I purchased what he advised me and the fit and style was perfect so many people commented on my attire. Great work Stephen a pleasant transaction and I will definitely be back to purchase some more items at the store at a great price too.

   Was here over a week ago a girl served us she was great and so helpful unfortunately when I needed to return the experience wasn't so great the gentleman had no time either in store or on phone and came across quite nasty despite me spending over £300 the week before this will definitely put me off returning

   Updated review! I visit this shop every year for my childrens uniforms, today they were extra helpful despite Covid cautions. I own a JUST CAN'T WAIT medical condition card and the staff were so helpful in letting me use their staff loo. I have been turned down in many stores despite owning this card but the staff were extemely helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Very competent staff, friendly and helpful. Good quality clothes which can be expensive if you have 3 or more uniforms to buy.

   Very pleasant and extremely helpful staff. The girl was able to judge my son's size for school uniform which ment most items he tried on first time were the perfect fit. She was also able to make suggestions and advise on items which weren't necessary so no unnecessary money was spent. She explained I could always purchase at a later date if I found I needed to. She made my uniform shopping experience so much easier. Very impressed.
