   Eye test due. Appointment easy made on their website site. Didn't need new prescription but needed eye drops for dry eyes. Girls at the desk very friendly and easy to ask them about which I would need. Would recommend coming here.

   I had to attend VE Tesco Newtownabbey, the opticians at which I’m registered, with a suspected eye infection. The staff could not have been more professional. Not only did they identify the problem and thankfully confirm that my eye was not infected their considerable knowledge and experience set my mind at ease. Eye infections can be a very serious issue however I left this opticians confident that I had nothing to worry about. So grateful for the care and expertise. Dr Raymond Thomas

   I have a severe hearing disability so was a bit worried about how I was going to manage as masks need to be worn and I rely on lip reading. As soon as I arrived at the opticians in the Tesco Newtownabbey store the staff were absolutely amazing and made me feel very welcome and at ease. The optician was very patient with me. I can't fault the service or staff at all 10/10.

   Went in store to see if someone could straighten sunglasses which had been sat on... Nice young man, more than helpful, spent quite a bit of time making them much better. I also ordered a spare pair and again, he was very pleasant and helpful. A great experience.
