“I love this Iceland. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food prices are well cheap.”
“Love iceland very good selection with many genuine bargains the one bug I have is the website indicates they have something yes they do but not necessarily at your particular store important to contact store in question unfortunatly this opens us to finger exercise press this button not a good format but seems to be the norm iceland is easier than most so credit applied were credit due”
“A great store. Best quality products. Always fresh fruit and veg. Service is first class. The owner goes out of his way to help people. Wouldnt go anywhere else”
“Very busy store. Got everything we went in for as well as a few extras. We enjoyed a toasties and sausage rolls in the cafe. Their Americano coffee wasn't great. It was very, very weak. However, they happily made us a fresh brew, which was much better.”
“Always a great selection of items in this store.”
“Easily the best home bargains in Belfast! Its absolutely massive and has a great range of things. It has a garden centre and a cafe in store, although we did find it a busy store.”
“Love the staff here especially the little pale girl and gorgeous mullet boy”
“Very friendly staff and shop have a variety of vegetables and some other items. Would recommend it.”
“Great staff, great service with a friendly smile!!”
“Brilliant shop with good prices”
“A solid store for a full weekly shop. It has a much better selection of non-food items than the standard Superstores. Parking is plentiful, which is a huge plus. My only knock is that the fresh produce (fruit/veg) can sometimes be hit-or-miss on freshness, and the checkout queues can get long during peak hours. Otherwise, very convenient.”
“Really clean store, lots of options and fresh dates. People say M&S can be expensive to do a grocery shop but the deals and offers we availed of had our dinners sorted for the week on a £50 gift card. Only thing I would say was the amount of staff in the aisles was really overwhelming at times. There was 4 staff members in the crisp aisle with us and it's not a long aisle.”
“Have used this Tescos express for several years now and I must say I'm 100% happy with the entire staff. This includes Davy the security guard as he has helped me out in numerous occasions. So a big thank you to him. Keep up the good work doagh road!”
“On a snowy Sunday in February I arrived at the co op, eager to experience the rainbow they so proudly publicised in pictures online. Pulling up, however, it became quickly apparent that this could not be - the rainbow, it seems, is not a permanent fixture (though maybe the snow obscured it). Somewhat disheartened, I entered the establishment, only to have my spirits lifted by an outstanding selection of pastries greeting me at the door. I say ‘greeting’ figuratively, of course, for sentient pastries would merit a far lower rating given the implications they would have for my eating habits and mental wellbeing, not to mention the profound spiritual questions such a sight would call to mind. After selecting a few of the aforementioned I began a lap of the shop, finding it to be dimensionally pleasing - not too big, not too small, a veritable Goldilocks co op. I refer, of course, to the interpretation of the character presented in the Grimm canon - though perhaps in my quest for sweet treats I was more comparable to red riding hood. I refer there, of course, to Anne Hathaway’s interpretation of the character in the film Hoodwinked (2005), which I still own on VHS. Upon reaching the till I had had a most satisfactory experience, but altogether no more than 3 or 4 stars - that is, until I was given 2 (two!) bunches of daffodils at the counter by the loveliest woman! Delightful! The rest of my day was uneventful, aside from a minor crumb incident. Okay Siri send thank you”
“Very well laid out ,quick and simple ,option to pay at pump or kiosk, can preset pump to amount you want to put in”
“I went to Tesco this morning Saturday 1 February with the intention of buying a light bulb, a lovely member of staff called Tracy, who was doing online shopping stopped to help and was extremely helpful, this lady went beyond her normal duties and deserves full credit for doing so. Tesco should award such staff like Tracy, who are such an asset your team.”
“Opted to shop here more frequently due to Asda being a total mess and I have to say this store is far superior and has much more selection and quality of items in comparison. I don’t need to worry if they will have the items I need in stock anymore because this store typically has everything I need. They also raise for charity by putting blue coins into your chosen school/charity which I like being able to do once I check out my items. Very pleased with this store and happy it’s in reasonable distance to shop from.”
“I would call it a deal shop. 5 stars without a doubt. Highly recommend.”
“Compact papershop/light grocery lottery terminal cash machine close by hot sausage rolls, cornish pastie/coffee bit of a fixture been in it's current position for years friendly staff”
“Shopped in this small store. Paul served me and was so helpful. Had problem with my phone for my club card. . Went above and beyond. Much appreciated......Thank you Paul.....”
“Great layout since it was renovated. Much easier to get to a checkout and the self checkouts are great. Before it was very cramped and you could sometimes end up queueing for hot food by accident because their queues were flowing the same way - not anymore.”
“Despite not being in the most attractive place, this shop offers an excellent selection of food, drink and knick knacks. If you desire a sweet treat, this is the place to be. Their milkshakes and ice creams are truly delicious, while the selection of hot food and drinks, cakes, and buns makes this a good choice. The shop is both clean and spacious, and the staff provide a helpful, efficient and quick service. The provision of both toilets and a good sized seating area are both handy for an affordable lunch or treat, and for long distance travellers with time to spare this place, I think, doubles essentially as a miniature service area. The only downside is that occasionally some items are unavailable, so be prepared. This is not the fault of the shop owners, it should be stated. Otherwise, this is definitely worth a visit.”
