   Easily the best home bargains in Belfast! Its absolutely massive and has a great range of things. It has a garden centre and a cafe in store, although we did find it a busy store.

   Had a complete nightmare in this store today. I have a child with bad anxiety, no signal the entire way through shop for her tablet to zone out tried the store wifi, wasn't working. Couldn't get signal at til to move money on my account at the til people getting annoyed behind me. Then went to customer toilets and no toilet roll in both toilets the holders broken off the wall. I use another store HB normally which is fantastic.

   I had very negative experience today with the manager Lynn. I was querying a price at the checkout due to disorganised shelves in the garden centre. The manager was rude, abrupt and unprofessional. She told me I should be the one comparing the prices with the tags on the pots.Like its not the store responsibility to display all items on the right shelf with the right price. I decided to return the pots and browsed the shop for alternatives when she came to the near by shelf and loudly said "oh look here they are." in mocking voice. There were no other people around and the comment was so loud for me to hear it. I can accept that these mistakes can happen, but the attitude towards customers from a manager is not would I would expect and gives a very bad impression of the store.

   whilst shopping in this store it was a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service from Glen and William who both went out of their way to help me and also I witnessed a member of staff named Alison who was helping a customer who was obviously having hard times in his life the care and consideration she showed him was exceptional. I shop in this store on a regular basis and each member of staff always are so helpful however on this day these three members certainly were exceptional
