   Me and My Partner went to this shop between 2 days and got a pasta bowl and a sandwhich. We both got food poisoning from this and were very ill for a few days.

   Was sending off yodel parcels for vinted orders. Fella on the till must’ve two parcels mixed up and wrong as now two of my parcels had the wrong labels and sent to the wrong destinations.

   Just got oranges, and in one bag, 3 were mouldy. Why does this fruit department not get daily checks? Why did the cashier not notice this. I know Cathy would have spotted them and said to change them. My grandson got them for me. I think the young boys who operate the tills at night need extra training for this. I'm very unhappy as I spend hundreds in this shop. Very unhappy with this!

   I am here on a regular basis and find it efficient and pleasing with good friendly service It’s handy for fuel groceries and the post office Today was a really bad example of polite customer service I called in just over a half hour ago and the girl on the till Dark hair scrapped into a bun and dark eye makeup was So!!! Rude She was hanging across the till and sighed and tutted when I approached the counter The bag of apples split as she lifted them then she rolled eyes let out a couple of sighs almost expecting me to put them back in the bag then she begrudgingly put them back in sighing and rolling her eyes with seriously a bad attitude I asked for a bag for my groceries and she casually cast it on to the counter offering me no assistance at all I was made to feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed by her I’ll mannered attitude Definitely not an example of how your customers should be treated

   Nice shop with a large selection of products, but management seriously needs to do something about staff hygiene. I was served a while ago by a middle aged man with greasy hair and I could smell his B.O. from a mile away, which got worse as I got closer to the till whilst being queued up. It is completely unacceptable in any other workplace for an adult to show up to work smelling so awful, so why should it be alright in this shop?

   Lovely new garage ,staff are so helpful. Lots if lovely food at the hot food counter . Toilets if needed and a small post office handy under one roof petrol, groceries and a post office !
