Management please open some check outs at lunchtime.waiting 20 mins with a meal deal then back to work.. some common sense needed here.
Large Tesco Extra Supermarket situated off Antrims Castle Way. Multiple ground floor food aisles, also alcohol, toiletries, books, magazines, Bureau de Change and Lotto counters. On upper floor, clothes, electrical goods, kitchen ware, cards, toys, cafe, toilets and Tesco Mobile phone shop. Seemingly always busy, expect long queues at the check outs at times. Large free carpark with disabled bays. ATM on site.
Having shopped in Tesco for years I decided to go to Antrim extra store. Never will return to this particular store. Staff rude, completely unhelpful and the store was dirty. There were shampoo products in the dairy fridges. Wrappers and gum also stuck to the fridges. Date rotation was also awful products where also not where they should have been. I approached a member of staff asking where a product was and all I got was ‘I don’t know’ not even trying to help or saying sorry. Manners cost nothing.
Shelves always empty .. what is left is far to expensive unless you have their club card and even then only reduces the price to what everyone should be paying in the first place.. my average shop worked out £40 more in Tesco than anywhere else I go to

Not happy because they have some issues with software and to process a coupon I must come another day. Why can't you just take the coupon and process it another day on your software instead of me coming twice
Extremely friendly staff, have to give a special mention to a lovely wee girl caoilfhinn who not only embodies all the tesco values but the human ones as well. So helpful and polite, should be running the store.
You have to be joking. Tesco is a Capital Company. A total rip-off for the nation. Legalized HIGHWAYMEN. Yes EVERY LITTLE HELP. HELP BOOST THEIR PROFITS FOR THE INVESTORS, BOOS THE SALARIES AND BONUSES FOR THE EXECUTIVES. How does company gets away with charging customers 2 (two) different prices for the same product. Because one (1) hold a loyalty card and the other doesn't. Surely it must be law breaking. Why! does a customer have to hold a loyalty card? why! does a customer have to be loyal to one store (1). I totally dislike TESCO, ASDA AND SAINSBURY. THEY ARE RIP-OFF and the people allow them to be. Prices are very often 50 100 more on items. I can easily save £12-14 per week shopping around. ALSO why! is the GLUTUN FREE ITEMS SO BLOODY EXPENSIVE? AGAIN ANOTHER RIP-OFF. TESCO NO NO NO.
