A solid store for a full weekly shop. It has a much better selection of non-food items than the standard Superstores. Parking is plentiful, which is a huge plus. My only knock is that the fresh produce (fruit/veg) can sometimes be hit-or-miss on freshness, and the checkout queues can get long during peak hours. Otherwise, very convenient.
Was in Tesco Glengormley this morning, their scanners were not working right,there was a queue with about 16 people behide me, I ask a young lad Miche'l to try and help me. He tried his best but it still won't work,so he ask a colleague Tress for help, we'll her face was like thunder, tried it once handed it back to the young lad , then another girl came to help me. Please do something about your staff ,all they do is talk to each other and are NOT HELPFUL at all .Tress( something like) WAS A BULLY to the young lad. Please employ more young lads. I don't know who employes these people.
Visited the store this am, came across an item on sale, the box was empty asked a young female assistant who was restocking in that area if there were anymore? Her reply was "I don't know " and walked off! Not good customer service!!

Not a bad place to shop. Well laid out and clean. The only problems are that I’ve found the place to be rid out on Mondays, with huge amounts of lines sold out and shelves in disarray. Bread use by dates also very short on a regular basis, with same day use-by dates a very regular occurrence when I’m in, which is quite regularly. Also it can be difficult to navigate around the large amounts of home shopping staff here to get at what you need.
Staff unhelpful and rude. Whilst frontworker are under pressure in these difficult times, customers should not have to ask checkout staff to use hand gel between customers or to wipe screens at self checkout. This should be an automatic action. Really don't appreciate being told it is not necessary or being huffed at. Hearing this from friends neighbours and colleagues too.
