Bought a faulty item £5.00 even though I returned it with a valid receipt Siobhan the manager said I can’t have a refund or a replacement this is a disgrace from this petrol station. Won’t ever be back there and will be taking this further!
It cost nothing to be nice to people. Used the car wash and the machine got stuck. I wasnt sure if to get out of the car so I phoned the staff and the girl on the phone said she will come soon. After a few minutes wait I went inside and same person said that I was told she will come and to move as she is serving other people, said that her colleague was on break. I asked for the refund as was in a rush but was told that isnt possible. When the fella came out he resumed the machine he put the shortest programme while I paid for the more advanced one. I asked for the refund of the difference after and again was refused as it 'came of my card' lol and I can come back tomorrow morning to speak to a manager. Really poor service; its not the first time of a poor experience on that station and I generally would avoid this place.
Still claiming to be 24 hours, pulled off my route to the airport to try and get some change but they arn't 24 hours, false advertising.

By far always the most expensive for fuel. Fuel always 15p to 20p per litre more expensive than everywhere else. Robbers !!!
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Not because of the ladies who work there but because of the man who owns the place. My family and I have shopped there for YEARS, well before he came along. When my sister who suffers with Asperger syndrome told him the car wash machine ate her £1 he tried to put 2 10ps back in instead of 2 50ps, then laughed at her when she pointed out what he did. Then when I was in the garage a few hours later he stood at the window glaring at her to try and intimidate her while she stayed in her car. After witnessing this I phoned the garage , explained what I had witnessed and asked him not to do it again and he started screaming at me down the phone and hung up. Some people really need retrained in their customer service, that man is 1 nasty piece of work !!
Friendly staff, good prices for fuel and snacks. Roller and powerhose car wash available here. Air, screenwash and vacuum also available.
The shop part is handy if you run out of something as their selection is good. Petrol wise they are on the expensive side though they do offer LPG and free charging for electric cars so very handy for some people.
