   I think the guy who works serving the food should be more aware of the ingredients in those foods or at least not deceive the customer in such a disrespectful way (how unfortunate I think this was more what happened because of his sarcastic way of responding) I asked if the lasagna had mushrooms and he answered very clearly that there were no mushrooms at all. When I decided to buy it, I was surprised that it abundantly contained that ingredient. You should be more aware of this due to allergies to some foods.

   Would be in this shop maybe twice a week, sometimes just before closing time. I honestly I have no idea who the manager or owner is - but whoever is responsible for hiring the staff needs to move into full-time consultancy working for other companies. I've never been in any shop (convenience or retail) where every single staff member greets and chats in such a polite manner. From the young "cool" age group to the slightly older staff- absolutely impeccable service and manners without feeling forced. The staff are a complete credit to the business.

   I ordered through Deliveroo and had a great experience. Everything was neatly packed and handled well. Also, I ordered sprite but they were out, so they gave me an extra 7up. I thought that was a very nice and thoughtful touch.
