   I attended Vision Express at the Abbey Centre recently for my eye test. My appointment was 09.50 am and I was seen immediately. Orlagh carried out the initial testing and I then saw Louise the Optometrist. I was very happy with the service provided in such a friendly and highly professional atmosphere. A 5 Star service all round.

   Friendly staff, efficient service, no waiting time. They have a great selection of frames at keen prices. They also offer an eye care plan to spread the cost of treatment and frames. I was happy with the service. Handy to have parking at Abbey centre too.

   So recently I moved from england to northern Ireland and was due an eye test so I booked in and I cannot thank the staff enough. First they couldn't get my medical number but still pursued to help me the staff was really friendly cooperative and considerational. Yesterday I got told I had a cyst on my eye and would have to go to the hospital but going to my eye appointment today they give me some tips and recommended an eye mask. I came home tried it and literally they have fixed me and my eye and saved me a hospital trip. Really recommend. my old opticians were rude and impatient today the staff at the abbey centre were so helpful thanks guys have a wonderful Xmas

   My first appointment, recently, was an excellent experience. The staff were amazing. The optician listened to me, explained everything fully and put me at ease. The staff chatted and took time with me as I chose new frames. All of my questions were answered and nothing was too much bother. I felt valued and respected. Great experience.

   I've had an enjoyable experience at Vision Express Opticians. The Optician spent alot of time doing different tests on my eyes.and explained what he was doing . He was very efficient friendly and easy to talk to. Then he brought me out to the shop and introduced me to one of the girls who was just as brilliant. V.E.O. have been my options for years. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
