On 3 separate occasions I have went in to purchase shoes/trainers, and the staff ignore you while standing around chatting to each other. Think this will be the last time I go here!

I really love the collection at this store. They have shoes from every brand you can think of, and it is such a great place to shop. But honestly, in places like this, what really makes the difference is the service. And I just want to give a big shoutout to Claire. The way she welcomed me the moment I walked in was amazing. Her energy was so positive and it instantly made me feel comfortable. She helped me through my whole shopping journey and even assisted me with applying a voucher I had. That meant a lot to me, especially because my previous experience at the store was not great. Last time, the lady who was assisting me seemed really restless and just wanted me to pay and leave. She did not even try to help me with my voucher. I was like, what the hell — I am spending so much money, the least you can do is be patient. So thank you Claire for turning it around. You gave me a positive experience and I left the store happy. That is what good service looks like.
Big shout out to Adam who was amazingly helpful, super friendly and nothing was too much bother for him! Got a nice pair of Timberland shoes too.
Very positive experience. Attentive assistant despite the store being very busy, & we bought 3 pairs of shoes, plus then went on to order a fourth pair online (they didn't have my size in store) Highly recommended
Beautiful selection of shoes can't wait till my youngest is walking the baby shoes are gorgeous, great selection of trainers and school shoes. Definitely will be back for some Xmas shoes for my ladies
Took some faulty shoes back to this store. The young unintelligent manageress said as the shoes had been worn they could not take them. I said to her ,I wouldn't be here complaining unless I had worn them. This thick individual then started shouting at me and blaming me for the faulty goods. Eventually the thicko said she would get another manager for his advice. This guy saw the fault immediately and agreed the refund. Meanwhile Miss Nasty and her female colleague continued with their abuse and laughing at us. It ended up not a very nice scene in a shop. God help Schuh if that is what they have managing their shops . They are so ignorant. Even on coming down the stairs Miss Nasty again started with her mouth again. Totally unnecessary, and a disgrace to the people of Belfast and Schuh as her employer.
Fantastic shop. Very friendly staff, who are great at asking if you need any help. Great selection of men's shoes upstairs, with shoes from several brands. Very good prices as well. They also have a portable card terminal, so you don't even need to go to the till to pay. Very good location. It's my one stop shop for shoes (aside from running shoes). Great prices, with shoes to please everyone and wonderful staff, what's not to love? Highly recommended!
