I went to Clarks for a few pair of work shoes. Angela was lovely during the transaction and was great at suggesting different sizes whilst I was selecting my shoes. My work shoes now look great! : )
Fantastic service from Ellie and her co workers shopping for school shoes for grandchildren. They were delighted with their new shoes. Would recommend and will return again.
Visited this store on Thursday July 3rd 2025 around 4PM with my family and experienced the most horrible customer service by two saleswomen working there that day. My dad had gone in earlier to look at some shoes and when we came in the younger, full bodied saleswoman was very rude and dismissive when we asked for assistance. We understood that another customer was being served but she was the only one serving so we asked when she was just standing there over the other customers watching them put shoes on the baby. After she finally came to us to ask for the model and size of the shoes, she went to the back of the store to, what we thought, look for the shoes. My dad continued to wait for her to get back while the rest of us went to a different store only for the salesman to ask my dad what he needed when we have told the first saleswoman earlier. The salesman said that she had gone for lunch, clearly without doing a handover and left my dad hanging. Then, the older saleswoman came out of nowhere and passive aggressively told my dad off for “having a problem” with the first saleswoman for going for lunch when he wasn’t even complaining but only confused as to why he was waiting for someone for so long. With the current social and political climate in Northern Ireland recently, we felt discriminated against and almost sure that it was racially motivated as we witnessed how different we were treated compared to the other customers earlier. Very disgusted and disappointed to see how Clarks has allowed its brand to be represented in such a way - will not be visiting again.
Brought our little boy in today for his first shoes. Girl upstairs was so helpful, she measured his feet and was really good with him. Nothing was too much bother. Met new manager on the way out (downstairs) She was lovely, made sure we had a great experience and had a quick chat. Honestly not somewhere I'd usually of went but ill definitely be back, staff were soo friendly, shoes were well priced and seem really comfy for him.
I bought boots for me and my wife during black friday sale, the staff is very friendly and served us well, we also get good discount during sale, regarding product I loved my boots and they are super comfortable and trendy. We've come here twice for shoe fittings for our son and very happy with shoes and service. The staff have been wonderful with him- even the time we came as an emergency 10 minutes before closing!
My husband & I were very impressed with how Olivia helped us pick crawlers for our son. This was the first time our son had his feet measured and she was so lovely. We chose lovely crawlers & my son loves them! Brilliant service!
