   Margaret is amazing! And looking at previous reviews everyone thinks the same! I had returned 4 dresses from a different shop for a wedding I’m attending was feeling not great. Margaret as soon as I entered the store helped me. I got a dress, heels and a bag! Felt so much better leaving the store. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Margaret doesn’t realise how much she makes someone’s day after having a bad one! Thank you so much Margaret

   One employee who was in the changing rooms just decided to stand there and watch me and my mum decide on dresses. It was very embarrassing. The changing room was practically empty and I’m sure they could have been doing other things. But instead they decided to give their opinion on what dress I should go for while their colleagues carried on with their work on the sale floor. I thought it was very rude as they just kept staring at me in the dresses the entire time and I didn’t ask for their help. Advice: don’t come out of the changing room unless you want to be stared at.

   Visited the Belfast store for the first time last week. What a fantastic experience. Margaret is a gem- with her help I had a dress and all accessories very quickly. She really brings an added bonus to this store with her wealth of experience, excellent customer service and is a genuinely lovely lady.    I dont think anyone should leave Castle Court without visiting Quiz. I'm an older shopper and advised staff I shouldn't be in store as clothes too trendy. Both women working there were kind, helpful and understanding directing me to other facilities I asked about, helping me select items and supporting me through a harrowing embarrassing moment as card momentarily declined, delaying a young couple in a developing queue. Great experience. Loved it. Thank you, Quiz.
