“Today was my second time in trespass Newtownards. I was served today by a very nice young man called Calven. Very helpful friendly young man. He served me week before but didn’t have product I was looking for. He directed me to Bangor Bloomfield store. My visit to this store was very different experience. The older lady wasn’t very helpful at all. It would not encourage me to go to that store again. I told Calvin my experience and he apologised to me. I wish more people would be like him.
