    Spent 15 minutes picking out clothes to try on, had about four items to try on and was told I couldn't use the fitting room after I watched someone walk in right in front of me. This was still about 20 minutes to close. Was a waste of my time to even stop in.

    Ham & cheese croissant and coffee stop. As good as lots of other places in the city centre. Only indoors for those of you who like to be outdoors. Two escalators up two down well signposted Not busy when I was in at 11.15 -12.00 Monday. Server was very friendly and helpful.

    Next sale on, but unable to buy anything due to IT problems all day. Also their PETITE SECTION is non existence., or just looks oldand boring.. no style at all.. PETITE Jeans not RE-STOCKED for over 2 months... NEXT just cannot be bothered with PETITE ..dump it in some corner...as usual Staff just advise to order online for PETITE.. WHY SHOULD I?? Why is it not in store?? They replenish all other stock in shop... Pathetic

    We went to Next in Belfast and had a snack in the cafe, we were realy disappointed in the bad dirty state of the toilets. We will not be back to the cafe or shop until something is done with the toilets

    Not very organized, and the staff at the checkout was unaware of tax free shopping. We had to return the items to repurchase for the employée to say only the receipt is necessary for tax return at airport. We were questioned a lot, not accepting any ID other than passport and must’ve been present. Wasted time and left without tax receipt. again. Next used to be better years ago.

    Kids clothing range goes to age 12 then you’re into size 6 adults. That’s alright if you’re happy enough with the adult styling for 12 year olds but I’m not. I get that kids are at that in between age but there’s a big difference between adult styling and young teenagers. It’s less of an issue with boys. Then add the 20% tax levied on adult clothes which is a bit unfair. Shopping elsewhere as a result.

    Quality clothes, but the defining aspect of all my recent visits is the lack of staff and the long queue that takes a while to move at the till. All the staff seem to be on the checkout when you need them for clothes queries, but when you go to pay there is often only one on the till, with the rest nowhere to be seen. Not overly friendly staff and not present to help. If you know exactly what you want and your size is there, great, but if not you'll likely find it hard to get a staff member who is available to help (online is an alternative - but haven't used the site to be able to comment). Good location, but the lack of friendly staff makes it impossible to recommend.
