   Served by Rachel on a Thursday evening. I was delighted there were 42s in store in carvella. Rachel was so genuine and helpful... I nearly tried on what seemed like every pair before finding exactly the right pair, chic and walkable in a style I thought initially wouldn't be comfy but actually are great. Shoes have got so expensive and actually now the price point of carvella for the quality is very good. Most other places quality is now really bad or prices have got crazy expensive. Delighted with my purchase

   Went to the kurt geiger store today was served by Deborah the manager, really was a lovely women helped so much and gave great advice on the items I wanted to purchase. Had a lovely experience at the shop would definitely recommend and come back was very happy with my encounter with her.

   Was served by Deborah , I went in to buy trainers , I knew the ones I wanted and Wer costing over £100. But Deborah kept pushing other footwear onto me, getting me to try them on then showing me handbags !!!!! I felt totally under so much pressure with her !!! I never felt as much pressure put on me like I did that day. My daughter was wth me and she also could not believe what Deborah was doing. Well I never even took my trainers out of the box when I got home I was that disgusted. So week later my niece was going to Belfast which we live 50 mile from said she would return the trainers for me. When my niece went into shop Deborah refused my refund , told my niece I had to be there in person !!!!! I then rang the shop, spoke to an assistant and told her that my niece had been in and refused refund , plus my item was still within the 14 day returns policy. I can’t see anywhere in ther policy Wer it says u have to return item yourself !!!!!! Ridiculous !!!! I will never ever ever be back in this shop again . Deborah might have nearly all the footwear in her wardrobe but no need to pressure customers to buy buy buy . We don’t all have money to buy 2,3 or more pairs if we go into buy one pair. My niece went back into shop after I rang it and Deborah refunded my item but she said in her words “ il do it this time “ !!!! Unbelievable !!!

   Friendly staff - great atmosphere I was served by manageress called Deborah last Saturday who helped me decide on a bag to go with stiletto heels I bought. She was upbeat and very polite. The other staff were lovely too. I will definitely be back soon. This shop has massively improved on atmosphere, style and Much better staff. ❤️
