I have been going there for years. But no more. As a landlord I’ve had hundreds of keys cut there and many many shoes repaired over the years. Two smart alec’s. Today was the last of the rude comments. Would never give them another penny. I live 100metres from this shop but I’ll be going to botanic from now on.

Lovely shop and repairer. Totally excellent service from people who really know what they are doing and are exceptionally charming and pleasant to do business with as well. What's not to like especially as their pricing is so fair. You can usually park right outside too.

Took boots i had years and hated cos they had leather soles and felt to stiff. Decided to see if anyone could save them cos they’re kinda decent made owl boots i thought to just be wasted. The Gentleman in this establishment was great. Not only did he do the job for a massively reasonable price but the craftsmanship is stunning. I’m not saying he can turn water into wine, but i bet ye, if you’re in possession of old shoes or boots that maybe worn out a bit too much and you’re afraid ‘these kids today’ might ruin in any attempts to fix them? This is the man to sort them.
Great service. I wanted scuffs taken off my good leather shoes, a professional polish and new laces and was really chuffed with the result. Highly recommended.
