As soon as i walked in, the staff were very welcoming, one man in particular who made me feel very comfortable and at ease whilst shopping and was very pleasant to talk to!
Medium priced classy clothes and keen helpful staff. This is a top recommendation, all ages and sizes. Style never goes out of fashion. I really love this place, can you tell?
I bought an item in the sale which had a £12 sticker on it, took it to the till and when scanned it said £30 - I was then accused by the staff of placing the sale sticker on the item myself. They sarcastically said something along the lines of “oh well congrats now you get it even cheaper - well done!”. Believe me when I say I will not be shopping at this jack wills nor will I ever buy their products again.
I would like to congratulate a wonderful team of young people for giving outstanding customer service today. The store was hectic but each of the 5 staff members that I came in contact with were polite, helpful and most of all patient. Well done Belfast store (Dipsy lady in the red coat)
