Have been in twice in the last couple of weeks asked for different colour or size, reply no we don't have it. Yet I tried 2 other shies shops and they ordered in Mt Suze no problem at all.
Always worth a look for latest styles. Good choice of fashion and staples for any wardrobe.
Really like this shop. Would only nip in when sale on though. Staff need to lighten up a bit it's a shoe shop. They can be a bit pretentious.
Staff member was serving a customer at the till I was waiting to be served, when finished with the customer staff member walked into the back store room to continue with her cup of tea. Another staff member served me I was returning a pair of shoes that I had changed my mind about. Would only give a credit note or exchange very poor policy. First time for shopping here and will be my last. I will stick to the shops with good customer service board walk armagh, panache Dungannon who know how to treat customers
Love love love this shop! Sale time is immense and not to be missed for a pair of high quality leather boots. Fantastic selection, really lovely staff and I met the owner one day when in. Lovely to see this shop surviving the high street vs online battle. Please support local business and call in...you might end up with several pairs of new shoes or boots. Immense shopping experience.
I call into Moda each time I'm in Newtownards (x4 each year) and just love the selection of shoes/bags etc. On this visit I was lucky it was sale time and bought a number of pairs (not mentioning how many in case my husband reads this!!). I couldn't fit them all in my hand luggage and an offer was made to post them to me. Amazing service as they arrived within 2 days. I can't recommend this shop highly enough - wonderful choice, wonderful service and great prices. Any chance of a branch in Devon??
