   Gait analysis was good but the shoe prices are a lot higher than elsewhere. I'd recommend to do your research and make use of their price match guarantee to get best value for money.

   Booked in for a gait analysis this morning and was greeted by Tom who was brilliant. He explained the process whilst asking specific questions about my needs, running and niggles. After a chat and talking through my situation I hopped on the treadmill for a walk and run. We went through it frame by frame on laptop and he provided me with the results and a discussion about what could help give me abit more stability. As expected, I’m a heel striker but reassured it wasn’t as bad as I expected. He offered some helpful advice and brought out a plethora of options whilst explaining the reasons behind giving these a go. After about 40 minutes that was it all settled. Grateful for Tom’s expertise and friendly advice. Half marathon up next and feeling confident in the choice of footwear. Thanks Tom!

   Visited here on Friday 10th May 2024. The lady in the Runners Need Belfast Castle Lane was very friendly and extremely helpful. She made me feel welcome and talked me through the whole process. I was able to take advantage of the Vitality discount, meaning that I got a free gait analysis completed and 50% off a single pair of runners each year. The runners need shoes I bought are great, fit perfectly and support my weight very well. 100%.

   Used this store for the Runners Need section. This store is amazing for any level of runner. Archie and Hannah took so much time with me today. I am a relatively new and very low level runner. I didn’t feel one bit intimidated bearing in mind Hannah Shields knows her chickens and her eggs (understatement) for anything running, climbing and endurance. I loved the experience from start to finish - James who booked my gait analysis, Archie for taking the time to get the right shoe for me based on my analysis and to Hannah for her additional tips and expertise. Finally, paying at the till with Sonia who made sure my Vitality Discount was registered. What a great team. I’m so glad I have moved from another running shop to Runner’s Need for all my gear and advice. See you soon guys. Keep doing what you’re doing.
