A young female member of staff was very abrupt in telling us the store was now closed, when we had spent time trying on children’s shoes and were about to make a £70 purchase. Her colleagues had been very helpful and her attitude and manner reflected very poorly on the company.
We visited the store during a busy Saturday. Overwhelmed by how busy it was, we made our choices. Sam was brilliant in guiding us through the sizes and going above and beyond to go find our choices which weren’t readily available on the shop floor. Normally you’re just told “it’s just what is on the shop floor” - not with Sam. He worked his socks off with multiple customers. What an absolute credit to the company he is.
Served by Josh. I requested a specific type of shoe and although there were none on display in the store he thought that he had seen some in the warehouse. He went online to see if he could find me some, which he did, and went to get them for me. When he told me the price I bought another pair. Nothing to much trouble. Great store with very knowledgeable, helpful staff.

Honestly I really look out for customer service and today Garry had been the star of the show! He was always ready to help and help in a way he was always going out the way for us, remembered things and we had an amazing laugh with him! Thank you for making our experience!

Just loads of wrong sizes and styles that didn't really work and virtually all memory foam inners, very very rare to find Goga Mat Go Run/Walk or a hiking boot type in here. If however you are looking for memory foam trainers then this is the place for you. The staff however are lovely and very helpful.
This is super good brands for shoes. If you can buy from uk, I must say quality of shoes is too good. If you find some dicount and size and design Must buy this shoes. Foot is important, so can purchase shechers co. Shoes. Must buy.
