   Visited here with my partner to look for his wedding suit. Staff were absolutely lovely and so attentive. Huge thank you to Ellie for all of your advice and assistance. Extremely helpful no ask was too much- we really appreciate it:) And a big thank you to the other (blonde) lady in the store who got us a button hole to try with the suit.    Bought a suit and 5 shirts, once home I opened the shirts and washed them, when it came to ironing 1 shirt had not been stitched fully around the cuff and another had patches with colour missing, when returning I was made to feel it was my fault for them supplying faulty shirts. The stitching was throughly inspected and I was question over how I washed the shirt insinuating I had maybe used a bleaching product. Eventually after going away to get the refund approved it was put through. At no point did the shop staff apologise or show any sympathy for having to travel to return 2 of the 5 shirts bought! Not a good success rate and I have no confidence with buying from here again.

   I went to Cheshire oaks looking for a new suit, the 2nd shop I went to was Moss Bros, a staff member offered her assistance and she was absolutely fantastic, her name was Molly. Molly is an absolute asset to your team, friendly, very happy to help, she went above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you very much for an excellent service Molly.

   I walked in with my partner on Friday afternoon looking for Chinos. He was fed up as everywhere we had been they didn't have his size. The assistant straight away found his size in two different pairs and chose a shirt for him. He was so pleased we were only in there 15 minutes and he was sorted. Excellent service we will definitely be back thank you

   Dear Moss Bros The initial service was fantastic with booking the fitting and the fitting part of the hire. The quality of the suit was good standard and fitted well as per the fitting, so the staff member who fitted me was great. I am disappointed with the returning of this hire, I was given a date to return and received a email regarding returning and the date to return ( this was today 20/4/25). I drove from Winsford to the Store at Cheshire Oaks to find that the store was closed. I really hope that I don’t get a late return fine as I kept my end of the agreement but Moss didn’t by not being open. I will phone tomorrow 21/4/25 to confirm another return date. Regards Danny

   I've been months trying to find a pair of black trousers that don't look like I've been poured into them and aren't smart. Within five minutes the shop assistant showed me two suitable pairs and five minutes later I left the shop delighted with my purchase and got a £30 discount as well. Great selection and great price accompanied by great service. My faith in the older established companies has been restored. I have spread the word to all my Friends.

   Outstanding customer service today from Johnny. He greeted us at the door, was friendly, well dressed and welcoming so we asked if he could help us. He went through every step of the process with us, measuring properly, through to different shirt and tie choices and even helped us with the shoes! My partner had a real 'Pretty Woman' moment and loved every minute! Thanks Johnny you're a real credit to your team.

   My over experience with this shop has so far been impressive. The guys just know their stuff and will assist with most of your requirements. I cannot praise them enough, but they sure know how to keep their customers satisfied. For clothes alterations they would suggest Quickstitch with is an independent shop just a few step away from their shop.
