   Wasted 40 mins fighting the crowds only to be told they don't do online exchanges. I had specifically checked this with a member of staff on arrival who looked at my item/receipt etc and confirmed all was fine. Very frustrating waste of time - please train your staff properly.

   Nice friendly staff, great clothes too. Pity about dog owners who are oblivious when their pets are enjoying rubbing themselves against the clothes on rails. It does put me off buying! I see it often !

   The lady at the front of the shop as you go in, was very helpful and explained the 30% off discount. Had a positive and nostalgic conversation with a lady (has a small triangle tattoo on her face) we were reminiscing on how much All Saints had changed, I was explaining some of my favourite pieces from (way back when)in my teens.I really liked her energy, quite a calming presence. My husband purchased three items for me, two dresses and one shirt. The quality is amazing.

   Another great visit to our favorite store. I was a bit disappointed however, we decided to travel 45 minute drive as emails from Cheshire oaks stated All Saints were applying 30% discount and my wife had seen a jacket the previous week so we decided to return and buy. Upon arrival the store was advertising 20% off anything with a sticker. I asked a member of staff who explained (I think) that the 20% discount did apply to anything with a sticker (roughly half the stock), but the 30% only applied to made for outlet (MFO) items if they had a sticker. I explained this was not made clear on the Cheshire Oaks emails I received about the upcoming sales event, the email simply stated 30% off All Saints outlet prices (not uncommon at all saints) but I was just told the store had no control over the McCarthur Glen communications ? The difference in % saving was only about £10 and my wife is over the moon with another quality item from our favorite brand, just slightly disappointing in the disconnect between what we were promised on the emails to what we actually got. Will still continue to spend lots in this store, but hope the issue gets resolved so any future notifications regarding sales events are accurate and unambiguous.

   I regularly visit the AllSaints Cheshire Oaks store and often make multiple purchases. I find all the staff, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. However, I wish to mention a truly exceptional member of staff (Jessica) who has assisted on numerous occasions now and she always goes the extra mile with her friendly professional attentive assistance which has only ever enhanced the quality of my overall shopping experience of a great brand. Nice team of store staff with an outstanding sale assistant. Well done all. Jessica thank for your tip top help. All your efforts are very much appreciated.

   I managed to find a leather jacket and hoodie I liked for my birthday gift to myself, and a member of staff went out of their way to find me some other items I loved but didn't see for myself initially. The price was great for the brand, but the staff definitely made the visit the best it could be.

   Some truly great and genuine outlet prices to be had and we love the variety too. The staff are absolutely lovely though and deserve 6 stars for their customer service. Sadia was especially helpful and knowledgeable and gave some great advice which we really appreciated.

   First time at the outlet. Went to AllSaints specifically for a leather jacket. David was brilliant in helping me make a choice. He was very patient with my indecisiveness and helped with sizing as I wasn't sure between two sizes. He didn't rush me and understood my concerns. And made several trips to the stockroom for me without a thought. Every store needs a David!

   Not really an all saints fan so just popped in by chance as I spotted a nice jacket. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained how best to get the most discount on what I wanted to buy so I’m pleased with my experience. Bit of a shame they don’t offer a full refund as a bit of peace of mind as it’s a good policy but that’s up to them really so buy with care.

   Had an amazing experience here today with Elle who was working on the shop floor. Elle said Hi to me when I came in and asked if I needed anything and she spent about two hours straight with me being nothing but helpful, kind, supportive, thoughtful, enthusiastic and obviously full of genuine care. I'm not used to shopping and do find it daunting but hands down she made my experience just so comfortable and enjoyable. I'm so happy with what she helped me find and have just left now feeling really so positive and happy for my experience and what I've got. Thank you so much for being there, you're clearly an incredibly worthwhile and valuable member of the team and, more importantly, person. Cya.
