   Wow! Well what can I say? I went into Hobbs in Cheshire Oaks looking for something to wear for my son’s graduation. I’d been in and out of several shops and not seen anything that had inspired me. I’ve never shopped in Hobbs before, so wasn’t sure what to expect. Gaynor came over to ask what it was I was looking for. She then proceeded to point out dresses that I hadn’t noticed earlier and encouraged me to try on. She was very professional and gave great customer service. It felt genuine and I didn’t feel as though I was being persuaded into buying something just for the sales figure. She took the time to look in the back and bring out several jackets and dresses for me to choose from. They included my husband in their discussions, so he felt as though his view was just as valued as mine. Jackie also came over to help with decision making on which item looked best. They both made me feel comfortable and they didn’t rush me. They gave considered opinions, it was genuine old fashioned customer service at its best and I left feeling like a million dollars. Thank you Gaynor and Jackie.

   I’d like to thank Gaynor from the Cheshire Oaks store. I wandered into the shop with my two friends just to casually look at mother of the bride outfits with no intention of buying one that day and I came out of the store with a complete outfit which looked and felt amazing to wear. My Daughter’s wedding day was 29th June, it was a hot sunny day and the silk dress kept me cool. Gaynor’s advice was invaluable, she knew exactly what would suit me and was able to put together the perfect outfit in one go without me feeling pressured in anyway. I received so many lovely comments on the day and I felt fabulous. I just hope I get another special occasion to wear it again.

The best customer service, anywhere, for a long time. Highly recommend the store and the assistance of Gaynor. Extremely happy with my new outfit which I cannot wait to wear.

   Written on behalf of my mum. Visited Cheshire Oaks Hobbs store today, not a shop my mum would normally go to. She was thoroughly impressed with the customer service received from Gaynor. She was so helpful, couldn’t do enough to help. My mum was looking for a last minute wedding outfit and thanks to Gaynor’s help, found a lovely dress. She really is an asset to Hobbs and I know my mum will definitely be back to shop here again.

   Lovely ladies to help, friendliest store I went into on the day of my visit! Sizes also went up to fit a vast majority of women other than max of size 14 like other so called designers. Dresses were cute and I got exactly what I wanted. I wasn't pestered and staff listened to my needs to help me get that ideal dress. Would happily go back again when I have another occasion to shop for.
