   Fantastic experience coming here! I needed a wedding suit (for my own wedding). The two lads there, Layton and Aiden were a great help! Plenty of banter and recommendations even though it was about 8:15pm (45 minutes from closing). Their suggestions were excellent and they measured and helped with the fitting too, all round great experience. Give the lads a raise, they deserve it!

   Not particularly a suit person but needed one so went here out of necessity. Wasn't looking forward to it but in fairness the staff were spot on, helpful and clearly knowledgeable. Picked up two 3 piece suits for very little money. If I ever need another suit it'll be my first port of call.

   Spent more time in Jeff Banks where there's a lovely selection of shirts and jackets but more importantly the staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. Bought a jacket with which I am very pleased and at an excellent price.

   Brought my dad to Suit Direct to kit him out a suit for Chester Races. Found a top quality suit but needed some help with the sizing. We got some help from Harry who was brilliant. My dad thought he was a 30 waist but Harry kindly suggested a 32. Harry was right (much to my dads reluctance to admit it!). Recommended a great tie as well. The guys here really know what they’re doing. Excellent customer service in retail is rare these days so it was so pleasant to have a genuinely great experience shopping here.
