   We bought 2 German manufactured wardrobes from Next in Nov 2020. The quality of the items is quite reasonable, BUT, because we needed to move them during some decorating work, which involved emptying the wardrobes, taking the doors off, 1 of which is a mirror door and very heavy, it was then that I spotted that the runner that the doors actually hang on, was missing ALL the bolts (6). The only things holding the doors in place where 2 small plastic locating brackets used to keep the runner in an upright position, it is purely luck that these doors stayed in place. These wardrobes where delivered and put together by Next employees who not only missed out fitting the bolts, but also decided to misuse the 2 brackets which are supposed to be used to fix the wardrobe to the wall, instead using them to strengthen the base section of the wardrobe, which was supposed to be glued in position, this was done probably to save the 20 minutes necessary for the glue which should have been used, to dry. I have found a couple of other botch ups carried out by these clowns. I did contact Next but was told because of the purchase date being beyond 3 years, it was not possible to proceed further. I have now completely deconstructed and reconstructed said wardrobes, using parts provided at my own expense. These wardrobes cost just under £1300 from Next and have been shocked by the standard of workmanship of the Next employees, and the attitude of customer service. I can assure you had the worse happened, they would be conversing with my legal representative. I would think very carefully before buying furniture from this company, as they clearly couldn’t care less about the customer. I will never buy furniture from Next again.

   The shop was clean tidy an well lit. It is a huge shop over 2 levels an lots of online products were available in various sizes. Its on a retail park so lots of free parking an disability access. Loving the Autumn range coming in.

   Where are the shop assistants on the bedding and bed area 4 times I've been in the shop never Any one on there ,,come on next what happened to customer service ,seems like all the other tills doing all the work .we was helped by brilliant assistants Miles .who came off another department to help so thankyou

   I can't believe how rude the manager?? in this shop is. I was in the shop at 8.45pm (it closed at 9pm) and because they didn't have the size on the shop floor of the item I wanted, the lovely shop assistant searched on the till for my size which they had in stock but before I could purchase my item this rude woman stood in front of the shop assistant and said she had to close the till and wouldn't let me buy my item. Well F U Next.

   Poor service. Several of us were waiting in the rain this morning before the assistant sauntered over and opened the door 3 minutes late (still carrying her water bottle). The escalator wasn't working. At Customer Services the assistants continued their chat. There was no smile or greeting. One of them called out my surname & gave me my parcel. There was still no smile or thank you.

   Jumping Jacks provided the balloons and decorations for a VIP event here recently and the staff here are so accommodating and professional. I always shop here often and I would highly recommend!
